Working at Windward Performance I worked with a team in the manufacturing of a full carbon fiber wing mold and mold frames. The mold frames consisted of 8 W shaped panels, 8 ribs, and 3 bulkheads each. These we epoxy together with LOCTITE EA 3934 (Grey Hysol) & LOCTITE EA 3936 (Blue Hysol). I used vacuum infusion to lay up the panels, bulkheads, and wing mold. Different carbon fiber weave types were used in the making of this piece.
